Founder & President
I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® in Morton, IL. My career in financial services began as an intern at Advance Trading in Bloomington, Illinois, a commodity brokerage firm providing risk management services for clients. I completed my internship there and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University. I then became a licensed financial advisor in 2002 with Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc.
Before founding my own wealth management firm, I was also the founder, owner, and president of Tim's Ace Hardware/Interiors Roecker's in Peoria, IL. I have spent time as a real estate broker in Lake Ozark, MO, and previously served as a member of the Illinois Air National Guard, later becoming a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom (honorably discharged in 2005).
Off the Clock
I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, traveling, fishing, hiking, boating, or any activity that keeps me physically active. I also enjoy cooking and sampling the local cuisine with my wonderful wife.
Dawn Aldridge
Client Service Associate
I provide operational and client support while working closely with Tim on a day-to-day basis. I have a bachelor's degree in accounting from Bradley University and a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois at Springfield. The majority of my work experience has been in accounting, most of which was with government and nonprofit organizations. My biggest strengths are planning and finding errors.
Long before joining Tim at Eagle Ridge Wealth Advisors, I was Tim's office manager at Tim's Ace Hardware for its first year in operation, learning how to set up financial, inventory, and human resources systems from scratch.
Off the Clock
In my free time, I enjoy reading, preparing home-cooked meals, and participating in family activities with my husband and three kids.
Toni Fosdick
Administrative Associate
I work as an Administrative Associate, supporting Tim and Client Services with daily needs at Eagle Ridge Wealth Advisors. I also help coordinate estate planning for current clients. I graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Family Relations and a minor in Sociology.
I have worked in the insurance industry for over 18 years and am familiar with helping clients achieve financial objectives while providing excellent customer service. I know how important feeling safe and secure is, and I work hard to ensure all of our clients have that experience.

In my free time you will catch me spending time with family, boating, cooking, and catching up with friends.
